Langley apoia a reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o com prote\u00e7\u00e3o judicial<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Manroland Sheetfed GmbH, a fabricante alem\u00e3 de impressoras, anunciou hoje que entrou com o pedido de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, Schutzschirmverfahren, <\/em>com apoio financeiro da matriz Langley Holdings plc.<\/p>\n

A reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 ocorrendo no \u00e2mbito do chamado processo de \u201cprote\u00e7\u00e3o judicial\u201d \u2013 um processo similar ao Cap\u00edtulo 11 nos EUA.<\/p>\n

Apesar de um portfolio de produtos tecnologicamente avan\u00e7ado, as vendas da fabricante de impressoras ca\u00edram significativamente nos \u00faltimos anos, com preju\u00edzos crescentes.<\/p>\n

A queda se deve principalmente \u00e0 forte retra\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado de impressoras. A China. que historicamente representava cerca de 40% das vendas de impressoras novas, foi a mais afetada.<\/p>\n

Langley tem fornecido apoio financeiro consider\u00e1vel \u00e0 empresa, desde a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da divis\u00e3o de planas da antiga Manroland AG, que estava em processo de insolv\u00eancia em fevereiro de 2012.<\/p>\n

Em seu Balan\u00e7o Anual de 2025,<\/a> o diversificado grupo familiar de engenharia anunciou que as perdas da Manroland Sheetfed em 2025 totalizaram sozinhas \u20ac43,2 milh\u00f5es. Mesmo assim, o grupo reportou lucros antes dos impostos de \u20ac152,3 milh\u00f5es no ano.<\/p>\n

O Presidente & CEO, Anthony Langley, declarou em sua An\u00e1lise Presidencial: \u201cO conselho concluiu que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o na Manroland Sheetfed est\u00e1 insustent\u00e1vel e que est\u00e1 atualmente avaliando suas op\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sr. Langley continua: \u201cEstamos cientes, no entanto, que muitas empresas gr\u00e1ficas, a maioria delas PMEs privadas, dependem das impressoras Manroland e nosso objetivo \u00e9 que, independente da decis\u00e3o da solu\u00e7\u00e3o a ser tomada, a base instalada continuar\u00e1 a ter suporte\u201d.<\/p>\n

Uma revers\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel dos fatores externos n\u00e3o \u00e9 esperado num futuro pr\u00f3ximo e uma maior reorienta\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para permitir que a Manroland Sheetfed volte a lucrar, embora em uma escala bem reduzida.<\/p>\n

Sob o regime de prote\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, a administra\u00e7\u00e3o permanece sendo respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o dos neg\u00f3cios com uma supervis\u00e3o neutra nomeada pelo tribunal para acompanhar o processo como administrador.<\/p>\n

Especialistas externos de reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o e direito da SGP Schneider Geiwitz e BUSE est\u00e3o dando suporte \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o como representantes legais.<\/p>\n

Ao lado do advogado especializado em reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o corporativa, Prof. Dr. Peter Fissenewert da BUSE e do Sr. Oliver Br\u00fcckner da SGP Schneider Geiwitz, est\u00e1 o especialista em reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o Sr. Arndt Geiwitz como um dos representantes gerais.<\/p>\n

Sr. Geiwitz disse: \u201cVejo que a Manroland Sheetfed tem um neg\u00f3cio principal vi\u00e1vel. Entretanto, a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o tem uma chance de sucesso. Isso tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 confirmado por uma opini\u00e3o de um especialista independente\u201d.<\/p>\n

O CEO da Manroland Sheetfed, Sr. Mirko Kern, disse: \u201c\u00c9 lament\u00e1vel que tantos empregos sejam perdidos, mas apelo ao conselho de trabalhadores e aos sindicatos para que cooperem com o que n\u00f3s e os especialistas em reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o conclu\u00edmos que sejam as medidas necess\u00e1rias para se chegar a um neg\u00f3cio vi\u00e1vel e para preservar os postos de trabalho restantes\u201d.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Schutzschirmverfahren<\/em>, ou processos de insolv\u00eancia com \u201cprote\u00e7\u00e3o judicial\u201d, s\u00e3o similares ao Cap\u00edtulo 11 nos EUA. Trata-se de uma variante da autoadministra\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria (devedor em posse), regulamentada pela Se\u00e7\u00e3o 270d (antiga 270b) do C\u00f3digo de Insolv\u00eancia Alem\u00e3 (InSo). Ele permite que uma empresa se reestruture enquanto sua administra\u00e7\u00e3o permanece no controle, ao inv\u00e9s de ser substitu\u00edda por um administrador nomeado pelo tribunal.<\/p>\n
